Seven doors

Seven doors. Seven journeys.

In 2017, Uma Ji faced a major health challenge when she needed open-heart surgery. During this difficult time, Virupaksh’s spiritual guidance and support became a source of strength for Uma Ji and her family. Through his guidance and prayers, they found reassurance as she prepared for the seven-hour surgery, which was successful.

His guidance continued to be a source of reassurance during later challenges. During a more recent hospital stay for another surgery, Uma Ji was experiencing considerable pain. When she reached out to Virupaksh, he suggested offering a particular flower to Lord Shiva. She followed his suggestion, finding comfort in the faith and simple acts of devotion that had been part of their association over the years.

Over time, Virupaksh also became an integral part of Uma Ji’s family and her work with Amar Jyoti Charitable Trust. From significant challenges to everyday decisions, her family and members of the organisation often turn to him for guidance and reassurance. His presence and support have remained a constant through different phases of their lives.

For Uma Ji, what stands out most is Virupaksh’s willingness to help others without expecting anything in return. She values the care and commitment he has shown her family over the years and feels fortunate to have his guidance in their lives.

The rain that held off

His patience, positivity and guidance have been a constant through the years.

Rajshree Seem, a TV and film artist, first met Virupaksh Ankit Jain around 2007–2008 while working on a Doordarshan project. What began as a professional association soon grew into a bond with Virupaksh and his family. From the warmth and ease of their first interactions to the time they spent working together, Rajshree found herself becoming part of the family over the years.

One experience that stayed with her happened during a shoot in Burari. As the team was nearing the end of an episode, heavy rain began unexpectedly. Everyone was tensed about how the shoot would be completed. But Virupaksh remained confident that they had enough time to finish the shoot, and the rain stopped for a while, allowing the team to complete its work before it started pouring again. Later, as water filled the streets and vehicles struggled to move, Virupaksh and his team made sure Rajshree reached home safely. The experience left her curious about his spiritual understanding and strengthened her interest in his guidance.

Over time, Rajshree began turning to Virupaksh not just for major concerns, but also for everyday worries, family matters and moments when she felt upset or uncertain. She describes how she could call him whenever she needed someone to talk to, knowing he would listen patiently, even late at night. Whether she was worried about her children, dealing with a situation at home or preparing to travel, his guidance and reassuring words became an important part of her life.

The trust extends to her husband and children, who also turn to Virupaksh when they have questions or concerns. For Rajshree, he has come to be much more than a friend. She sees him as someone who can offer friendship, guidance and spiritual direction, depending on what a situation calls for. She also shares a close bond with his family, which has remained an important part of this journey.

Looking back on nearly two decades of knowing Virupaksh, Rajshree describes the journey as deeply meaningful and difficult to put into words. What she values most is the trust she has developed in him and the patience and positivity with which he responds whenever she reaches out. For her, this enduring bond is a reminder of how much a trusted presence can mean through the different stages of life.

A perspective beyond positive thinking

His guidance has often helped me see what I couldn't see for myself.

For over 25 years, Pragya and her family have known Virupaksh Ankit Jain through their shared connection with their Guru, Nanua Ji. What began as an introduction during her younger years grew into a relationship built on trust, one that has remained an important part of her life and her family’s journey. Over the years, Virupaksh has been someone they could turn to during difficult moments, seeking guidance and a different perspective when they needed clarity.

When she moved back to the United States in 2003, she went through a particularly challenging phase in her life. During that time, she often reached out to Virupaksh for guidance and reassurance. While she prefers to keep the details of those experiences private, she describes him as an excellent guide who helped her navigate uncertainty. His support, she shares, has extended beyond her own life to her brother, sister and parents, who also remained connected with him over the years.

Her family’s association with Virupaksh has also included moments when relatives faced difficult personal circumstances. She recalls how one of her aunts experienced challenges with pregnancy, and how Virupaksh’s spiritual guidance remained a source of faith and support during that period. For her, these experiences have reinforced the importance of spiritual guidance, particularly when people find themselves facing situations that are difficult to understand or navigate on their own.

Over the years, she has come to believe that not every challenge can be addressed through a positive attitude alone. Sometimes, people need an outside perspective that helps them look beyond their immediate circumstances and consider a different way forward. She sees Virupaksh’s guidance in this light: as a source of reassurance and spiritual insight during moments of confusion, when individuals and families may struggle to decide what to do next.

She had encouraged Virupaksh years ago to make his guidance more accessible to people who might need it. Knowing that he had been helping people alongside his professional commitments, she felt that a more structured approach could allow him to reach more individuals.

Making everything out of nothing

From having almost nothing to creating everything for myself.

Manisha’s journey with Virupaksh Ankit Jain began in 2004, during a difficult phase in her life. Coming from a family where she felt that daughters did not receive the same opportunities as sons, she had already faced challenges in her education and personal life. When her marriage was delayed, the questions and comments around her made her wonder if something was wrong with her. It was during this time that she was introduced to Virupaksh through her friend. During their first meeting, Virupaksh looked at her birth chart, reassured her about her marriage and spoke about the kind of person she would marry. He also told her that she would need to follow a particular remedy. At the time, Manisha found it difficult to believe what he was saying and did not follow his advice.

When the marriage Virupaksh had spoken about eventually happened, Manisha found herself facing another painful chapter. Within six months, her husband left, and she was left to navigate the situation without the support she needed. When she approached Virupaksh again, he was upset that she had not followed the remedy he had advised earlier. Eventually, he began encouraging her to prepare, keep trying and take small steps towards rebuilding her life. For Manisha, this guidance became a source of hope at a time when it was difficult to see a way forward.

Manisha eventually moved to Germany to pursue her future, but the journey was far from straightforward. Her visa and scholarship were cancelled, and she had to start over more than once. When she returned to Germany with almost no money, she continued trying with Virupaksh’s guidance and the blessings of her Guru Ji. She secured a scholarship again, and when it covered only part of her expenses, she also received an opportunity to work at the university. Even after completing her PhD, finding a job remained difficult. The smaller opportunities that came her way helped her keep moving forward, gradually building the professional profile that led her to the position she holds today.

For Manisha, Virupaksh’s support has remained a constant through professional uncertainty and personal challenges. One recent experience that stayed with her involved a concern about her job. When she approached Virupaksh about a colleague who she felt was creating difficulties for her, he asked whether the colleague wore glasses, specifically square-framed ones. Manisha says she had not paid attention to the colleague’s appearance, but later checked her photograph and found that the detail matched. For her, this was another experience that deepened her trust in his guidance.

Today, Manisha looks back at the distance she has travelled, from a time when she felt she had very little support to building a life and career she once thought might not be possible. She credits Virupaksh’s guidance and her Guru Ji’s blessings as important sources of strength throughout that journey. Her story also carries a message for families: when daughters are trusted and supported, they too can overcome difficult circumstances and build independent lives. In her own words, her journey has been about making everything out of nothing.

A grade, a meal, a job

He gives you perspective, patience and the reassurance that there is a way forward.

Bhuvnesh’s journey with Virupaksh Ankit Jain began in 2004, through their shared connection with their Guru, Nannua Ji. When they met at the ashram, Bhuvnesh found a familiar connection with Virupaksh, someone from Delhi who could relate to his circumstances. Over time, that initial connection grew into a relationship built on trust, with Bhuvnesh turning to Virupaksh for guidance whenever life presented difficult choices.

One of the most challenging phases came when Bhuvnesh was pursuing his education in the United States. After his father passed away, he had to manage his work while completing a pending course. His student visa had expired, and completing the course was essential to receiving his degree and maintaining his legal status. In 2007, when his final grade fell short of what he needed to graduate, he feared that he would have to repeat another semester. He reached out to Virupaksh, who reassured him and suggested that he visit a Sai Baba temple and make an offering. A few days later, his professor contacted him and informed him that his grade had been changed to A-minus, allowing him to graduate. For Bhuvnesh, this unexpected turn of events became a deeply memorable experience and strengthened his faith in Virupaksh’s spiritual guidance.

The challenges continued the following year during the 2008 recession, when job losses made it difficult to find employment. For Bhuvnesh, the uncertainty was particularly stressful because his ability to remain in the United States depended on maintaining valid work and immigration status. Once again, he turned to Virupaksh for guidance. This time, Virupaksh encouraged him to offer food to someone in need whenever he came across such an opportunity. Bhuvnesh initially wondered how he would find someone who needed food in the United States. Yet, while out shopping one day in Chicago, a woman approached him and said she had not eaten. He took her to a nearby restaurant and bought her a meal. About a week later, he found a job. Bhuvnesh remembers the experience as a moment that reinforced his belief in the value of faith, compassion and helping others.

For Bhuvnesh, these were not isolated experiences. Over the years, he has continued to reach out to Virupaksh during periods of uncertainty, particularly when he needed perspective on what to do next. What he values is the reassurance and foresight he receives through these conversations, alongside the reminder that personal effort remains essential. Virupaksh’s guidance, as Bhuvnesh describes it, does not replace taking action. Instead, it helps him find the patience and hope to keep moving forward when circumstances feel difficult.

Looking back on more than two decades of knowing Virupaksh, Bhuvnesh sees their relationship as a source of guidance through some of life’s most uncertain moments. From completing his education to navigating professional instability, these experiences have stayed with him and shaped his faith. His journey reflects how spiritual guidance can offer reassurance during difficult times, while the willingness to keep trying and help others remains an important part of moving ahead.

From an empty pocket to a guide for life

His guidance has helped me through many uncertain moments.

Pawan Jethwa first came to know Virupaksh Ankit Jain in 2006, when he was living in Aurangabad, Maharashtra. They were introduced through a family connection, but over time Virupaksh became the guide with whom he could speak openly about his family and his career.

There came a time, as he was leaving Aurangabad, when Pawan Ji had almost run out of money and urgently needed a job. A friend in Mumbai opened up an opportunity, but there was no certainty about the salary or what would follow. Virupaksh asked him to go in Nanua Ji’s name, and told him that he could expect a good salary along with support for his house rent. When Pawan Ji arrived for the interview, he was offered a better salary than he had expected, and house rent support too, without having asked for either. The experience deepened his trust in Virupaksh’s guidance.

Years later, when his daughter was interviewing for her first job, a similar experience followed. Pawan Ji told Virupaksh what salary his daughter was hoping for. Virupaksh predicted that the company would first offer less, but that the offer would rise after discussion. The very next day, that is exactly what happened. The company began with a lower figure, and after talking it through, the salary settled at the level Virupaksh had named. For Pawan Ji, it was a memorable moment at the start of his daughter’s career.

Virupaksh’s guidance has not been limited to career. When his wife’s health was unwell, Pawan Ji often turned to him for guidance, sometimes even at midnight. Through the ups and downs of his working life, whenever livelihood became difficult, he continued to seek Virupaksh’s advice and reassurance. Over time, the relationship has only grown deeper.

Today, looking back on nearly two decades together, Pawan Ji regards Virupaksh not just as “bhaiya” but as someone close to a guru. The guidance and support he received at so many turning points mean a great deal to him. His trust comes from the experiences of these years, which he still counts as an important part of his journey.
